君は美しい You're beautiful
明日・明後日はディベート甲子園の審査員をすることになっています。
普段夜更かしな私ですが，今晩はもう寝ます。
本当は豪亜大会のRound6の論題についても少し書いたのですが，
英訳が間に合わないのでまた今度投稿いたします。
中学生や高校生の試合は，議論や技術が荒削りでも
時々ハッとさせられることや，お腹の底からカラッと笑えるような楽しいことがあります。
彼らのディベートは洗練されてはいないんだけど，何故か美しいとさえ感じることもあります。
議論するのを楽しむ気持ち。
その純真さは世界チャンピオンのそれを遥か上回って，
私を原点に引き戻してくれるような気がしてきます。
You're beautiful, you're beautiful...ってあの曲誰のでしたっけ？
明日は久々，エネルギーチャージです！！

Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, I'm going to judge the high school national.
I usually sit up till late and keep writing things but tonight, I go to bed immediately.
Actually wrote some about the motion of Australs Round 6.
But couldn't finish translating it to English today and so, will submit it sometime later.
School debates do not promise me depth of arguments or tactical clashes.
But they sometimes make me realize something I have been forgetting or laugh with joy.
Their debates are not necessarily sophisticated but somehow I feel them beautiful.
To Enjoy arguing.
Their pure fascination looks a lot more beautiful than that of World champions.
They bring me back to the place I started loving debating when I feel lost.
"You're beautiful, you're beautiful..."
Can't remember whose song it is...
Tomorrow, I'm charging my energy and love. :)

お久しぶりです!! you are beautiful...ってphraseを使っているアーティスト二人いまして、一人はJames Bluntで、もう一つ結構自分なりに気に入ているのはChristina Aguileraですよ！
この前ディベート甲子園にいけなくってごめんなさい！i had to study for work the next day :( well not exactly work, but アルバイト.

James Bluntのはツタヤで借りてきたのー．そっか，Christina Aguileraも同タイトルで歌ってるのね…
最近中学生や高校生のディベートを見る機会が増えましたが，ビックリするほど技巧的なチームもあれば根の優しさが溢れ出るような美しいチームもいて励まされます．ただ型にはまっていく寂しさだけはどうしようもないのね．
