「我々の脳が特殊なのは疑いようはない。しかし、理由付けする者、思考する者、知ろうとする者としての我々の特殊性を理解するためには、更に広い視野が必要である。人工物・外部記号・科学や芸術と文化の様々な基盤。それらを伴った環境における脳と身体を対象とすることである。」

という部分も印象に残った。
