憲法原論が良かったので手を伸ばしたのだけれど、こちらは失敗。ぶ厚い割りに内容が薄い。何度も何度も何度も同じ話の繰り返し。くどい。うすい。

Poor work.

I felt like reading this because I liked "Principles of Constitution". But this one isn't worth reading. Although it is thick, content of it worth very little. Same stories repeated over and over and over again.
