【Comic】ポーの一族 Poe's Lineage

【漫画】萩尾望都．1972－1976．『ポーの一族』．小学館．

しばらくお堅いのが続いたのでちょっと息抜き。

とうとう読みましたー。森博嗣氏大絶賛ということで何年も前から気になっていたのにまだ読んでいなかった一品です。ていうかお耽美な感じがしてちょっと好みじゃないであろうと想定していたわけです。

読んでみて、やっぱお耽美なのヨね（笑）

けど確かに、バラバラのお話が全体として一つに再構成されていく様は森作品のルーツと言われればそうかな、という気もしました。

Because Mori Hiroshi (my favorite novelist) has been writing at a lot of places that he thinks this is fantastic work, I was interested in this for years. But it looked aesthetic and I'm not a big fan of aesthetic works. I think that's why I hadn't read it before.

After reading it, I now know that it is indeed very aesthetic. :p

But indeed it is an interesting work in terms of its story structure. Although each short story does have completed story, when it gather togather, it become to form a longer, bigger story as a whole. That part is indeed similar with Mori Hiroshi's works. :)
